If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@nurflo.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include a photo of the item and its packaging in your message.
You do not need to return the item — please keep it.
We’ll resend the correct or replacement item free of charge, and no shipping fees will apply.
A $10 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Keep in mind that this request is only eligible if submitted within 7 days after the delivery date.
Please note: Shipping protection, shipping fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
The first exchange is free of charge.
You may make up to three exchanges total, provided the product remains in pristine, unused condition.
